MaryBeth Watson

VP of Operations

MaryBeth Watson brings more than 25 years of senior care and operations leadership to Honeybee Homecare, where she helps ensure that every client receives compassionate, reliable, and professional support. Throughout her career, MaryBeth has overseen private duty home care programs, assisted living communities, memory care neighborhoods, and behavioral health operations, consistently elevating the quality of care that seniors and families receive.

Her background spans respected organizations including Abe’s Garden Community, Morning Pointe Senior Living, and Brookdale Senior Living, where she led private duty programs across more than sixty locations and guided teams through accreditation, compliance, and program growth. She has a special heart for Alzheimer’s and dementia care, having directed memory care programming and founded a caregiver support group early in her career.

MaryBeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and an Associate of Arts in Gerontology. Her experience translates into stronger care teams, smoother daily operations, and greater peace of mind for the families Honeybee Homecare serves. Michelle Moore

Regional Director of Operations

Michelle Moore brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience spanning home health, hospice, private duty services, finance, operations, human resources, and process improvement. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for helping healthcare organizations grow efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on quality care, compliance, and exceptional service.

Prior to joining Honeybee Homecare, Michelle served in leadership positions with HCA Healthcare, TriStar Healthcare at Home, Brookdale Senior Living, and Abe’s Garden Community. Her extensive background includes overseeing home health operations, leading multi-site business office functions, supporting hospice and home care agencies, implementing technology solutions, managing large-scale organizational transitions, and developing operational strategies that improve performance and client outcomes.

Michelle’s expertise in healthcare operations, workforce development, financial management, compliance, and process optimization helps ensure Honeybee Homecare continues to provide a seamless experience for clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners. She is passionate about building strong teams, improving systems, and creating environments where both caregivers and clients can thrive.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida and is committed to advancing Honeybee Homecare’s mission of delivering compassionate, high-quality care that helps older adults live safely and independently at home.

Sue Vendetti

Director of Clinical Services

Sue Vendetti brings more than three decades of nursing leadership, clinical operations, and regulatory expertise to Honeybee Homecare. A registered nurse with extensive experience in senior care, rehabilitation, and long-term care services, Sue has dedicated her career to improving quality outcomes for older adults while building high-performing clinical teams.

Throughout her career, Sue has served in senior leadership roles including Director of Nursing for multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities, where she successfully led large clinical teams, managed complex healthcare operations, and achieved multiple deficiency-free state surveys. Her expertise includes clinical compliance, quality assurance, regulatory oversight, staff development, budget management, and care delivery improvement. Sue has also served as a nurse consultant supporting healthcare organizations across multiple states, helping strengthen clinical performance and operational excellence.

Sue holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University and is both an MDS Certified professional and Certified Legal Nurse Consultant. Her deep clinical knowledge, commitment to quality care, and passion for mentoring healthcare professionals help ensure Honeybee Homecare delivers exceptional support to clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare partners.

Linjerria Luster

Staffing Coordinator

Linjerria Luster brings more than 20 years of experience in staffing coordination, workforce planning, client relations, and senior living operations to Honeybee Homecare. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and commitment to service, she plays a vital role in ensuring clients receive reliable, high-quality care while supporting caregivers across Honeybee’s growing operations.

Prior to joining Honeybee Homecare, Linjerria held leadership and family-facing roles within the senior living industry, including serving as a Family Experience Director for an assisted living community. Her background includes coordinating care plans, supporting families, managing staffing schedules, maintaining regulatory compliance, and building strong relationships with residents, caregivers, and healthcare teams.

As Staffing Coordinator, Linjerria oversees scheduling for a large and diverse caregiver workforce, helping ensure the right caregivers are matched with client needs while maintaining seamless communication with families and team members. Her ability to balance operational excellence with compassionate service makes her an invaluable resource for both clients and caregivers.

Kiesha Truesdale

Business Office Manager

Kiesha Truesdale brings more than a decade of experience in healthcare administration, senior living operations, business office management, and team leadership to Honeybee Homecare. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in financial operations, payroll administration, human resources, staffing, compliance, and process improvement, helping organizations operate efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Prior to joining Honeybee Homecare, Kiesha spent nearly a decade with Phoenix Senior Living, where she held progressive leadership roles overseeing payroll, budgeting, employee onboarding, staff development, and operational transitions across multiple communities. Her background also includes direct resident care and memory care support, providing her with a unique understanding of the needs of seniors, families, and caregivers.

Kiesha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Healthcare Administration from Ashford University.

Bentley Hudmon

Homecare Manager-Alabama

Bentley Hudmon brings extensive experience in human resources, staffing, client care coordination, and senior care operations to her role as Client Operations Manager at Honeybee Homecare. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong reputation for building meaningful relationships with clients, families, and caregivers while ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.

Prior to joining Honeybee Homecare, Bentley held multiple leadership positions with Home Instead, where she managed recruiting and hiring efforts, coordinated employee onboarding, developed personalized client care plans, and supported families throughout the care journey. Her experience spans full-cycle recruiting, caregiver retention, client onboarding, quality assurance, compliance, and day-to-day operational support.

Bentley’s unique background allows her to understand both the caregiver and client experience, helping ensure the right caregivers are matched with the right clients while maintaining the high standards families expect. Her passion for service, attention to detail, and commitment to compassionate care make her a valuable resource for clients, caregivers, and referral partners alike.
