In her role as Regional Director of Operations, Moore will help oversee operational performance, caregiver support, compliance initiatives, service delivery, process improvement, and strategic growth initiatives across Honeybee Homecare’s expanding
footprint.

Prior to that role, Moore served as Home Health Director for TriStar Healthcare at Home, part of HCA Healthcare, where she managed interdisciplinary care teams consisting of nurses, therapists, social workers, and clinical professionals. She was responsible for key operational and financial performance metrics while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting sustainable growth.

Moore also spent more than a decade with Brookdale Senior Living in progressively larger leadership roles supporting home health, hospice, therapy services, payroll operations, financial planning and analysis, acquisitions, startup agencies, and operational transformation initiatives.

Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to streamline complex processes, improve financial performance, implement new technologies, and lead teams through periods of significant organizational change. She played key leadership roles during major healthcare acquisitions and joint ventures while helping organizations maintain operational continuity and service excellence.
